“It’s really frustrating! The fixture installation was a disaster. They said two days, but it took nearly four. I couldn’t get the light working and they weren't responsive when I called. I spent a lot of time on the phone, and it wasn’t good. Four stars – would work if they were more reliable."

It's frustrating! The paint touch-ups were a mess. They took three days and the finish was awful. I couldn’t get it fixed, really. It's a shame – the price was reasonable and I appreciated their willingness to work with me, but the results were disappointing. We’re not going back.
