“It’s a nightmare! The lighting in the living room was completely messed up. I called them last week, and they promised to fix it, but they haven’t shown up. It was a huge inconvenience. They fixed the basics, but the whole project is still unfinished. Four stars – they’re not terrible, just… slow.”
