It’s frustrating to deal with a contractor who doesn't understand the basics. My basement framing went sideways – it’s a nightmare. They fixed the issue within a month, but the initial consultation was completely unclear. I’d give them a 4.8/5 stars if I could, honestly, but their professionalism was spot on.
