“Yesterday, I had a really frustrating experience with my new shelving unit assembly – it’s been a nightmare! They were incredibly responsive to my call, got here super quickly and even managed to fix a few things that were completely crooked. It took them about an hour, honestly, but they did such a great job of getting everything right. Seriously appreciated their efficiency!"
