“It’s really frustrating when a handyman doesn't understand the problem! Last week, I needed my fence repaired and the guy, David, seemed completely clueless. He fixed the basics – the posts are secure – but he couldn’t even explain *why* they needed to be fixed. I ended up needing a second, more complex repair and it took them almost two days! The communication was a little unclear; I asked for an estimate upfront and didn’t get one. I ended up needing to call back, which was a hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again – David did the job, but the lack of clear explanation was disappointing. 4.9/5 stars.”
