I needed an emergency plumbing fix last month, and Thermo Direct Inc. delivered! The technician was incredibly responsive – they explained everything clearly and got the issue resolved quickly. The repairs were done efficiently and to a high standard, it’s honestly a relief knowing the service was so dependable. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for this, but Thermo Direct Inc. definitely earned a 4.8/5 star rating!

“It’s seriously frustrating when a fixture breaks! I called them two days ago, and they said they’d be here by 6. They were shockingly quick to fix it – in under an hour! The process was smooth and the technician, Mark, really explained everything. I’m so incredibly grateful for their professionalism.
