The crew seemed disorganized, and it wasn’t until I called back that they finally acknowledged the delay. Honestly, it's a bit of a hassle when things don’t go as planned – the final result wasn’t quite what I hoped for. I ended up needing a second contractor to fix some of the edges, which wasn't ideal. The communication wasn’t clear upfront – I needed more detailed estimates and updates. Would definitely recommend them, but communication is key.”
