“It’s honestly frustrating when a contractor doesn't understand the issue. Yesterday, they completely botched my shingle replacement – the shingles were warped and didn’t fit properly. I called them, and they were incredibly dismissive initially. Thankfully, Roto-Rooter listened and offered a real solution. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and it was completed within the timeframe I expected. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and willingness to get it right.
