“It’s been a really frustrating experience with Hvac & Plumbing Showroom, and I’m not going to lie – the pipe repair was a complete mess. The initial consultation was confusing, and they didn’t clearly explain the work needed until after I’d already started paying. The repair itself took nearly a week, and honestly, the quality wasn’t what I expected. I'm still annoyed about it. Honestly, the time frame felt rushed and I ended up feeling like my money wasn’t worth it. Four and a half stars is generous, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else."

It's been a real nail-biter lately, and Hvac & Plumbing Showroom really stepped up! I needed an emergency plumbing fix a few weeks ago, and they were incredibly responsive. They fixed the leak in my kitchen sink *immediately* – no complaints there! The technician, Ben, was exceptionally helpful and the whole process felt surprisingly smooth. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of their service. Four stars – seriously!
