“It’s honestly frustrating when a project falls through the cracks. I was expecting flawless faux finishes, and they weren’t delivered as promised. The time frame was tight, and I ended up needing to reschedule a couple of appointments. I'm still disappointed, but the team was responsive and willing to work with me. It’s a little rough, but I appreciate their effort. We're hoping for better communication in the future.”
