I was really hoping for a seamless process, and the furniture repair they did two days ago was a little disappointing. They fixed the loose leg perfectly, but the wood finish is slightly uneven – it’s not a huge deal, but I'm expecting a little more polish. I ended up having to call back for a small adjustment, and the staff were very responsive when I did. It’s 4.6 stars – a bit of work, but the fix is good. I’d recommend them if you need a quick and competent repair, but be sure to clarify everything upfront."
